Terms of Service

The basics

By using Streak, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally — we'll let you know when we do.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use Streak
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One person, one account — don't create multiple accounts
• Pick a username that's appropriate and doesn't impersonate others

Your content

When you add places to your map, you keep ownership of that information. By using Streak, you give us permission to display your travel data on your profile and in features like comparisons.

Don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

What we provide

We do our best to keep Streak running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We provide the service "as is" without warranties.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use bots or automated tools to access the service
• Try to hack or disrupt our systems
• Harass other users
• Use the service for anything illegal

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account is deleted, we'll remove your data, though some information may remain in backups for a limited time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Streak isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us (if anything) in the past 12 months.
